All items are handlettered in my signature calligraphy style with a paint pen (no fonts or laser machines used!) and if they are an engraved item, they will be engraved by hand with a professional engraving drill.

Can you make me a custom order?
Yes, I love custom orders! If you have an idea in mind, feel free to message me as I'd love help make it come to life!
How is the personalization done?
As a calligrapher/engraver that specializes in handlettering and design, all items at Letter Pretty are handlettered by hand (and then engraved by hand with a professional drill, if applicable). This means there are NO fonts, vinyl, or printing machines used whatsoever. I also use professional paint pens, artist-grade paint, and professional inks.
Do you recycle/re-use packaging?
Yes, I re-use bubble wrap and packaging boxes as much as possible! I'm committed to being as eco-friendly as possible as this helps the planet (and keeps costs lower for you, too!) I also use water-activated branded packing tape to cut down on the amount of sticky plastic tape used.
Local Pick-Up/Drop-Offs
If you live in Calgary or the surrounding area, you can request a pick-up or drop-off. Please message me directly prior to placing your order and we can work it out! I will give you a coupon code to remove the shipping fee of your item as well.
NOTE: Local pick-ups/drop-offs are not available for templates and instant digital downloads. For these purchases, you will need to download the item and print them yourself. Thank you for your understanding!
